Postage and Packing T’s and C’s

We understand the time and inconvenience that having to wait in for a package can cause, so we’ve tried our best to make it a simple process with plenty of choice for your convenience.

Postage

Our postage is calculated by the weight and whether 1st or Second class or Express Delivery. We use a number of couriers, including Royal Mail, the Post Office and Parcelforce. Tracking for your parcels can be provided.

The Postage displayed on our website is for UK delivery only. International orders should ALWAYS contact us for an overview of cost before submitting an order and we will find the cheapest option. Please email sales@eightlife.co.uk

If you subscribe to 'eightlife' at the bottom of the home page you will automatically be added to our email marketing list.  After we have initially contacted you with a mailer you will be able to unsubscribe whenever you like.

If you spend £20 or more we will provide you with free second class delivery for your package.

We can only estimate delivery times, but we aim to deliver the next working day including Saturdays on 1st class, and we aim to deliver in 2-3 working days, including Saturdays for 2nd. Our Express 24 service is next day delivery. If an order is received before 3pm then we will endeavour to dispatch the same day. Royal Mail delivers from Monday to Saturday excluding Bank Holidays.

Packaging

At ‘eightlife’ we endeavour to use strong boxes and padded envelopes, the packaging we use at ‘eightlife’ is part of our commitment to sustainability. We understand that single use plastic packaging has an impact on our environment, and we are committed to playing our part to reduce waste and increase recycling wherever possible. This can mean that we may where appropriate reuse packaging rather than using new.

Most of the packaging we use is made from recycled materials, including cardboard boxes and recycled paper filler and tape. We are constantly striving to improve our packaging materials as new and innovative green alternatives become available. We also do our best to ensure that your products arrive in excellent condition, which is still our number one priority, and we will not introduce packaging that does not meet the standards required.
