A restorative balm for exercise lovers or those looking to soothe tired and tight muscles and joints. It contains organic oils such as Comfrey, Arnica, Marjoram, Eucalyptus and Cedarwood to ease tension in the whole body. A very lightweight and non greasy balm, the Olive oil leaves the skin soft and comfortable and moisturised , whilst arnica reduces inflammation and soothes the muscles. Scoop out about a tsp of balm and rub together in-between your palms and gently rub into the skin. Top tip - massage towards the heart to help drainage of waste fluids in the muscles.
